Responsibilities:

  • Generate Airlines Loyalty program non-air point sales and achieve annual target, extra incentives could be awarded if exceed the target
  • Explore Hong Kong new partnership with membership cooperation
  • Maintain existing non-airlines partners relationship and ensure points transfer procedures is smooth and accurate
  • Arrange marketing activity and promotion campaign to encourage member spending with non-airlines partners
  • Support partners / customer enquiry on non-airlines partners points credit records and entitlement
  • Monthly promotion channels such as eDM, Facebook, Weibo, Aspire scheduling and content design

 

Requirement:

  • University degree holder or above
  • At least 1 years or above of relevant working experience, aviation or travel industry is preferable
  • Good interpersonal, communication , analytical & presentation skills
  • Innovative, team-player and result-oriented
  • Ability to produce quality work within tight timeframes
  • Proficiency in PC skills including MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
